I decided the middle of April that I was going to do a month of meals for May. I found an article in a past issue of Rachel Ray that had 20 meals with 5 building block items that were frozen and then you add fresh produce and other things to make a meal in 20 minutes!
I was hooked, just needed to plan! If you don't know me very well, I do much better with a plan, and multiple lists! So my plan was to make lists, lots of lists. I scoped out lots of sales ads to get the best deals on everything. I will post another entry on prices and menu, and then (hopefully) post every meal to let you all know what our thoughts were...
So here is to a month of meals...
